To paraphrase the above US Post Office motto…. "Neither rain nor snow, nor the US Goverment, central banks, cartels, nor any other entity can reverse a trend."
They can accelerate it, slow it down or speed it up or otherwise distort it… but they cannot reverse it. A trend can only change on its own when the time is right.
